Delivery and refunds
Our products are digital: there is no physical delivery and no shipping.
1. Delivery
- bekadan.com sells online video courses and digital content. Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery fee.
- Once your payment is approved, access to the course is added to your bekadan.com account immediately, and we email the address you ordered with.
- Access: lifetime (it does not expire).
- You watch the course by signing in from any computer, tablet or phone with internet access.
2. Access problems
If you paid but can't access the course, or something doesn't work, write to hello@bekadan.com from the email on your order. We answer within 2 business days and restore your access.
3. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of Türkiye's Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form or to intangible goods delivered instantly. Our courses are digital content made available immediately after payment, so they fall under this exception.
The exception applies because, when you buy, you approve the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement and expressly accept that the digital content is delivered immediately and that you therefore have no right of withdrawal. No payment is taken without these confirmations.
4. How refunds work
For problems on our side, such as a double charge or access we cannot provide, and under your statutory rights:
- Email hello@bekadan.com from the address on your order, with your order details.
- We answer within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with (the same payment method) through iyzico; we don't refund in cash or to another account.
- How fast it shows up depends on your bank, usually 2–10 business days. For instalment payments, your bank may return it in instalments.
