Article 3 – Product and price
- Product: the online video course AI Engineering for .NET Developers (digital content): self-paced video lessons, reading lessons and the source code of every module. Not a physical product.

Article 6 – Buyer’s statements and obligations
- The Buyer confirms having read and approved the pre-information form electronically before ordering.
- The account is personal: the Buyer may not share account details or course content with third parties, or copy, publish or sell the content. Intellectual property in the course belongs to the Seller.

The refund process is in Delivery and refunds; refunds go back to the card used to pay.

Disputes go to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) of the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and above those limits to the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri). You can first send complaints to hello@bekadan.com.
Article 11 – Entry into force
This agreement is concluded and takes effect when the Buyer approves it electronically while ordering. A copy of this agreement and the pre-information form is emailed to the Buyer after the order, and the Seller keeps these records for the period required by law.
