The total in Turkish lira, VAT and all taxes included, shown in the order summary and on the payment page; one-time payment. There is no shipping or delivery fee.

4. Payment

By credit or debit card, through iyzico. bekadan.com never sees or stores your card details.

5. Delivery (performance)

The digital content is added to your account immediately after payment is approved; nothing is shipped. For access problems write to hello@bekadan.com; we answer within 2 business days.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly. When completing your order, you are asked to confirm expressly that the digital content is delivered immediately and that you have no right of withdrawal. Details: Delivery and refunds.

7. Complaints

Send complaints to hello@bekadan.com. For disputes you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts above those limits.

8. Buyer details and confirmation

The buyer's details are the name, email and invoice details you give when ordering. By confirming your order you acknowledge electronically that you have read this form and accept the distance sales agreement. A copy of this form is emailed to you after the order.
